Our Fight Fit Boot Camp is an 8-week, NO CONTACT program that allows you to do the same kinds of conditioning workouts that top fighters do! The fitness level of boxers and mixed martial arts fighters is, undeniably, of the highest level in the world. And guess what? … It doesn't come from working out on machines and treadmills. That fitness level comes from the alternative boxing and mixed martial arts workouts we at Team FVGC have been doing for years.
Past participants have gained strength and endurance, lost weight, lost body fat, gained energy, and had their clothes fit better after completing the Team FVGC Boot Camp!
Classes are held 3 times per week, (Starting January 9th and going until March 2nd) Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:15-6pm
Participants will be provided with their very own pair of training gloves that they can keep at the end of the camp. Attendees who complete the Fight Fit Boot Camp also receive a commemorative T-shirt recognizing their dedication to finishing the course.
All other equipment needed for the workout will be provided for you by Team FVGC.
