Our gym services members from throughout Wisconsin and the Fox Valley area, including: Appleton, Green Bay, Oshkosh, Fond du Lac,
De Pere, Freedom, New London, Kaukauna, Waupaca, Neenah, Menasha, and Kimberly among many others. We train Mixed Martial Arts, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing along with fitness and conditioning classes.
