The Fox Valley Grappling Club began as a group of people doing Brazilian jiu-jitsu in the house of FVGC’s founder. In the 10 years since then, FVGC has turned into a school that trains some of the most talented fighters in the state.

The gym is open during the times listed on the schedule. Come check us out at any time we are open! You can even jump right into a class! For all new students, we offer a FREE two-week trial during which you can attend any and all our classes (excluding Eskrima and Sunday classes, which are separate programs). All you need to do is stop in and fill out a waiver.
