Mighty Maiden has created self-defense programs both open to the entire female community and for private groups and organizations. We are committed to empowering women and increasing the strength of the female community as a whole!

Requirements for the class include:
- The ability to get up and down repeatedly from the ground
- Comfortable clothing allowing for full range of movement
- Athletic shoes (preferably shoes that won't mark up the floor)
- Leave jewelry and valuables at home
- NOT be pregnant
SCHOOL AND CORPORATE SELF-DEFENSE SEMINARS
The Fox Valley Grappling Club is available to teach self-defense seminars at your school or place of business. Group sizes can range from 5 up through your entire gropu/staff. Contact the FVGC Office Manager Annie Krieg at 920-209-1119 to schedule a meeting to discuss an event built and designed to meet your needs.
 DONATIONS FOR NEW EQUIPMENT
The Fox Valley Grappling Club is proud to offer women's self-defense classes. And we are always looking for ways to improve. One way we can make our classes better is the purchase of a RedMan XP Instructor Suit. But like everything in life, there are always costs. In this case about $1400.
So we are asking for donations. If you have benefitted from one of our seminars, own or manage a business, or simply would like to help an ongoing good cause, please consider donating some money toward the purchase of a suit. Thank you for your consideration.
As of December 1st, 2009 we have a total of $110 donated. Thank you to everyone who has helped support a good cause.
Day and evening practice times are available. Be sure to take advantage of our TWO FREE WEEKS OF TRAINING for all potential new members. Start with no cost and no obligation.
