Strength and Conditioning at FVGC is run during the day on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays from 11:30AM until Noon and on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 7:30PM to 8:15PM. Class consists of group circuit training that increases your balance & coordination, cardio, strength, muscular endurance and flexibility. Workouts are designed to give students the ability to excel in all aspects of the rest of their martial arts training.
