The Fox Valley Grappling Club is THE place for realistic, truly effective martial arts training in NE Wisconsin. Whether your goals are to compete in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, Boxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling, Judo — or simply just an exciting way to get in shape — the Fox Valley Grappling Club is your place to train.

The FVGC is different from any karate school or health club in the Fox Valley. Some of the benefits of membership include:

This winter the Fox Valley Grappling Club will be "Freezin' for a Reason" when we take the Polar Plunge for Special Olympics Wisconsin. Everyone complains the gym gets cold during the winter. Now is a chance to experience some real cold!

The Polar Plunge is a cool event where supporters raise pledges and jump into frozen bodies of water. Money raised in the Polar Plunge provides funding for nearly 10,000 athletes with cognitive disabilities to reach for the gold.

We are all proud to be a part of Team FVGC because it's something great that's bigger than ourselves. Special Olympics gives that same feeling to thousands of others.
