How do I get started?
Come in and visit us! We are located at 1320 W. Wisconsin Avenue in Appleton. You can get a tour of the facility and get set up for an appointment and FREE private lesson with one of our consultants! We offer TWO weeks of FREE UNLIMITED TRAINING!!! Remember, if you are under 18 years old, you will need a parent/guardian to sign your waiver.

Do I need previous experience for any of the classes? Will I be fighting or sparring?
Everyone is welcome to start training in any of our classes. Classes are designed to challenge a range of skill levels and allows people add more difficulty at their discretion. We also have found that it is beneficial for new members to meet and start training with more experienced members right away.

It is up to you whether you want to begin sparring in our jiu-jitsu, boxing, and muay thai classes. Classes are designed to be a great workout and focused on learning proper technique. MMA class, however, involves a lot more “live drilling”, or practicing technique with more resistance, and sparring than our other classes. Talk to a coach or staff member for more information.

What do I need for my first day of Boxing or Muay Thai?
For your first day of boxing, you just need to wear something comfortable, like shorts and a t-shirt. There is equipment at the gym for your use during your free trial period. After the trial period is done, we ask that you make the investment into your own gloves, hand wraps, jump rope, and mouth guard. This equipment can be purchased through Play It Again Sports in Appleton on Hwy OO.

What do I need for my first day of Brazilian jiu-jitsu class? What is a gi?
For your first day, just wear something comfortable, like shorts and a t-shirt. We recommend shorts with a drawstring and a cup. Mouth guards are also recommended, but are not required. After your free trial period, we recommend that you invest in a gi, or a jiu-jitsu uniform. We recommend either white or blue, as some other colors are not tournament-legal.
